All Consent/Medical Forms are due back by Friday 18 October.  Any late returns will not be accepted.

Year 10 Parents/Carers

Today, our Year 10 students will be participating in a high impact program called Polish directed at work preparation and presentation readiness. This will be organised by the Beacon Foundation and will involve local business owners and managers and will be a great for students to talk about future opportunities and expectations in the workforce.

In aiming to provide ongoing communication between teachers and parents, formal end of term 3 meetings are available. Bookings can be made for 10 minute meetings, which will provide the opportunity to discuss student progress in each of their learning programs.

Return of Signed Consent/Medical Forms

Each notice that we send home for excursions includes a due date for signed Consent/Medical Forms to be returned. This is because we need to organise staffing, book buses and confirm numbers with venues.

As such, Consent/Medical Forms will no longer be accepted after the due date, in particular on the morning of excursions. 

Phone calls with verbal permission are not acceptable as we require parent signatures on all forms related to the excursion information.
